through this Site is authorized under sections 4(a) and 4(c) of the POPA and the Municipal
Government Act (“MGA”), RSA 2000, c M-26 for the purpose of
administering property tax assessment services and ensuring the security of
this Site.

a. Property Tax Assessment Information
This Site displays property information that the
Municipality is legally permitted to make public under the MGA. This may include:

roll number;
- Municipal
address;
- Assessed
value.
No personal contact details of property owners (such as
telephone numbers or email addresses) are published on this Site.
b. Technical Information
When you visit this Site, we automatically collect limited

this program, and is authorized under Section 4(c) of the POPA. This information will only be used or disclosed in accordance
