The personal information collected by the Municipality through this Site is authorized under  sections 4(a) and  4(c) of the POPA and the Municipal Government Act (“MGA”), RSA 2000, c M-26 for the purpose of administering property tax assessment services and ensuring the security of this Site.

This Site displays property information that the Municipality is legally permitted to make public under the MGA. This may include:

• Property roll number;
• Municipal address;
• Assessed value.

No personal contact details of property owners (such as telephone numbers or email addresses) are published on this Site.

When you visit this Site, we automatically collect limited technical information for security and statistical purposes, including:

Collection of this information is necessary for operation of this program, and is authorized under Section 4(c) of the POPA. This information will only be used or disclosed in accordance with Division 2 of the POPA in the event that an event to damage or compromise the Site is detected.
